Cognitive rehabilitation for
children with developmental, cognitive, attention, or
sensory processing problems
|
|
 |
Dramatic advances in the neurosciences over the past
fifteen years have revolutionized our
understanding of how brains learn,
develop, and repair themselves. At Brain
Training we are dedicated to providing the most advanced
and effective rehabilitation programs for children with autistic spectrum disorders,
sensory processing problems, developmental and language
delays, attention deficit, or learning disabilities.

| OUR APPROACH |
Cognitive rehabilitation therapy
involves allowing the child to freely explore an
enriched play environment while the therapist
narrates and explains in signs and words appropriate
to the child's stage of development. Vestibular and
problem solving activities are also used to promote
cognitive development.
