DIAGNOSTIC TESTS OFFERED
Over the years I have used many diagnostic tests, but found that very few were appropriate for children with pragmatic language problems, auditory processing problems, or developmental delays. The tests that are listed below provide reliable and meaningful information about which cortical areas we need to work on. Other tests may be added as necessary if I need more specific information about a particular area of the brain. The tests listed below require 3-5 hours; reports are provided.

HOME SCHOOL CURRICULUM DESIGN
Prior to designing a homeschool curriculum Dr. MacAlpine will administer academic tests (and others as necessary) to determine what grade level a student has achieved in each subject and to learn whether critical concepts in each subject have been mastered. Once a student's current stage of development in each subject has been identified, Dr. MacAlpine designs a homeschool program; she can also oversee or monitor the student through our umbrella homeschool program.
COSTS: $600 (includes academic and cogntive testing and curriculum design) |
